Published April 30, 2024 Field: Criminal Law & Human Rights Language: EN DOI: 10.70170/laPs67811

Abstract

The study addresses social justice and violations of human rights in Sudan in the light of the Sudanese Criminal Law (concepts - protection - obstacles and solutions). It examines why human rights violations are increasing in Sudan and the role of dictatorial and military regimes. The study shows that killings, violence, and illegal detention continue in Sudan during the transitional period, with crimes and ethnic conflicts in the Darfur region threatening local and international peace.
