Peer Review Policy

The journal employs a double-blind peer review process. Both author and reviewer identities are kept confidential.

Process

1. Initial Check — Editor checks scope and formatting compliance.
2. Assignment — Editor assigns two independent subject-matter experts.
3. Review Period — Reviewers have 3–4 weeks to submit their evaluation.
4. Decision — Editor communicates one of four decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
5. Revision — Authors have 4 weeks to revise and resubmit.
6. Final Decision — Editor makes final accept/reject decision after revision review.

• Originality and significance of the contribution
• Soundness of methodology
• Clarity and quality of writing
• Accuracy of references and citations
