Peer Review Policy
The journal employs a double-blind peer review process. Both author and reviewer identities are kept confidential.
Process
- Initial Check — Editor checks scope and formatting compliance.
- Assignment — Editor assigns two independent subject-matter experts.
- Review Period — Reviewers have 3–4 weeks to submit their evaluation.
- Decision — Editor communicates one of four decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
- Revision — Authors have 4 weeks to revise and resubmit.
- Final Decision — Editor makes final accept/reject decision after revision review.

- Originality and significance of the contribution
- Soundness of methodology
- Clarity and quality of writing
- Accuracy of references and citations
