Abstract
Digital evidence is among the most important methods of proof in criminal complaints, playing a major role in proving crime and reaching the truth. This comparative study (Iraq, Egypt, France) examines the legal value of digital evidence and its role in criminal investigations. The study shows that digital evidence helps identify suspects accurately and reduces the margin of error in forensic work.
