<p>The study addresses the concept of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contracts and the possibility of their implementation in Sudan, examining the legal framework and challenges in the absence of specific Sudanese legislation. BOT contracts help attract foreign currency for infrastructure projects. The study recommends enacting a law organizing BOT contracts to provide legal guarantees for the success of such projects in Sudan.</p>
