<p>This research examines the hadith &quot; No bequest for an heir unless the heirs consent&quot; from two perspectives: hadith authentication and jurisprudential analysis. The study collects and evaluates the chains of transmission, assessing their reliability based on established hadith methodology. The research demonstrates that only the narration of Abu Umamah is considered authentic. On the jurisprudential level, the study favors the opinion that prohibits making a bequest to an heir.</p>
